I assistant lighting designed the new play Strange Birds by E.M. Lewis, lighting designed by Michael Klaers, and directed by Risa Brainin. The play is set in rural Oregon and focus on sisterhood. I programmed the lighting using the ETC Element console.
UCSB Dance Company Fundraiser
I designed the lighting, stage managed, and ran the lights and sound for the UCSB Dance Company Fundraiser, which featured 12 dances focusing on exhibiting the various talents of the UCSB Division of Dance. I programmed the lighting using the ETC Express board.
By the Bog of Cats
For my midterm for THTR 123: Advanced Lighting Design, I lighting designed the play By the Bog of Cats by Marina Carr. The lighting centers around the concept that envy and selfishness are fundamental human traits that can irreparably sever long-held relationships. I drew the plot and section with Vectorworks.
