Assistant Projection Designer
I assistant projection designed and operated projections for Gilgamesh: The Opera with the Assyrian Arts Institute at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts in Cerritos, CA. I supported the projection design for a large-scale opera, integrating mapped visuals with live stage action, lighting, and scenic elements. During rehearsals and performances, I programmed and executed projection cues in QLab, created projection maps in Photoshop, and coordinated with the lighting and scenic teams to ensure the projections aligned with the timing, movement, and visual world of the production.
